It has been closely involved in the identification and purchase negotiation of several development sites and is actively looking for more.

There are some specific requirements for retirement redevelopments, so properties meeting these requirements are in high demand:

  • There should be shopping facilities within a reasonably level ½ mile walk;
  • Shops would ideally include a Post Office, Pharmacy and Food store. In certain circumstances reasonable proximity to a supermarket would be of interest.
  • The site area needs to be a minimum of ¾ of an acre.
